Tomorrow, John Gray's Kitchen will be closed as our team takes the day to celebrate in their hometown of Sabán. ❤️

Family and tradition are important to us, and we're grateful our staff has the opportunity to be together for this special celebration.

As always, we'll also be closed on Sunday, and we'll be back in the kitchen and ready to welcome you on Monday.

🤫 Secret's Out... Kind Of.

Not everything we make is on the menu.

This crispy bacon pizza has developed a bit of a cult following, but you'll only get it if you know to ask. Loaded with crispy bacon and roasted asparagus on a perfectly crisp crust, it's one of our favorite off-menu creations.

Next time you're at John Gray's Kitchen, ask about the Secret Bacon Pizza. If we've got the ingredients, we'll make it happen.

Rafa has been part of the John Gray's family since he was just 13 years old. His grandma gave him permission to come work with us, and we've been lucky to have him ever since. ❤️

Over the years, he's given us plenty of memories, but one story still makes us laugh...

One day I asked, "Rafa, where's the pecan pie?" 🤔

A few minutes later he came back and said, "Ay Dora, I checked the fridge and we don't have pecan pie... we only have pay de nuez!" 😂

That's when we realized someone needed an English-Spanish dessert lesson... because pecan pie = pay de nuez! 🥧

Thank you, Rafa, for your years of hard work, your loyalty, and for keeping us smiling. We wouldn't be the same without you! ❤️
