Today, it is time to place this chapter on an indefinite pause and make way for a new project led by friends, who we know will embrace this community with the same warmth and care that we always hoped to offer.
Above all, we hope that what we shared continues to live on: an appreciation for the importance of corn as the heart of Mexican cuisine, the richness of local ingredients, and the extraordinary diversity of our country's culinary traditions. We hope that love and respect for this heritage remain alive in everyone who joined us around our table.
