We are a small Family run resturant with a team of less than 10 people. We make 100% of our food fresh from scratch and smoke all our free range meats in house. Its a labor of love and after another busy week, we are sold out again (thank you!!!!) We looooove serving you all but we are tired and need a couple of days to rest and re stock. Our house Pastry Chef, Aaliyah is taking orders for these adorable and delicious Valentines Day Boxes 💖 She also has availability in February and March for dessert orders! If you need a pie, cake, cupcakes, cookies or somthing else, she is your gal!!! Aaliyah was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Mexico City and she is SO talented!!! She bakes with organic flour, real butter, and fresh local ingredients and everything she makes is such a treat!
Nuestra chef de repostería, Aaliyah, está tomando pedidos de estas adorables y deliciosas cajas para San Valentín. ¡También tiene disponibilidad para postres en febrero y marzo! Si necesitas un pay, pastel, cupcakes, galletas o cualquier otra cosa, ¡ella es tu chica! Aaliyah se formó en Le Cordon Bleu en la Ciudad de México y ¡tiene un talento increíble! If you’ve been to Palmar, you’ve probably met Violet (Violeta, or Vi-Vi depending on her mood). She’s 11 years old, has lived in Lo de Marcos for 7 years, and firmly believes the restaurant exists solely for belly rubs and brisket scraps. We just let her believe it 🐶🐾💗
