First off I want to give huge thanks to the incredible community of Lo de Marcos for welcoming back into the fold. It's been a wonderful time and my horses have been so happy here. I've really enjoyed the few pop ups and I'm offering one more this Friday evening. Because now it's time for us to go back to Durango and continue working to bring awareness to Mexicos last free flowing river and the communities along it.
I'm going to cook some of my favorite classics that I hope you will enjoy.

The Watershed pop-up restaurant rides again this Saturday 16th of April at a cute spot next to Cosmic Milkshake in downtown LDM. This weeks four course menu is a homage to Semana Santa and a celibration of Mexican food. As usual it's a small event with a shared table for fourteen guests. The four course menu is @595.00 pesos per person and it's a BYO night. (bring your own beer and wine) please make your reservations here with me on Facebook.

This Saturday 9th of April we at the Watershed are preparing a sumptuous Filipino/Mexican flavored three course dinner at an undisclosed location in downtown Lo de Marcos. Meeting points the main Plaza at 7.30pm for a complimentary cocktail and chat and from where we will take you to the surprise dining location. Hugs to you all who are locked down and closed off. How strange this all is. To help put a smile on our faces, this Saturday evening im going to cook a beef and coconut curry with turmeric rice, bombay potatoes and mango Chutney. If you would like an order, its at $150.
