Comfort food Wednesday takes a turn...

Well… the meatloaf didn’t exactly go according to plan. 😂

We fired up the smoker this morning with plans for a good old-fashioned smoked meatloaf for Comfort Food Wednesday.

There was just one problem…

It tasted GREAT. It just didn’t want to be meatloaf. 🤦‍♂️😂

So, like any good BBQ joint, we called an audible.
