A medida que nos preparamos para nuestro descanso de 15 días, estoy emocionada de haber podido llevar a mi increíble equipo de Blue Ballyhoo a Isla Contoy para la tradicional ‘Peregrinación de la Virgen a Contoy.’ Este es nuestro segundo año celebrando juntos, y es un privilegio para mi poder compartir con todos la oportunidad de vivir este hermoso momento. Amo y respeto a mi equipo más de lo que las palabras pueden expresar; ¡gracias por ser el corazón del restaurante!

As we prepare for our 15-day break, I’m thrilled to take my amazing Blue Ballyhoo team on a journey to Isla Contoy for the traditional ‘Peregrinación de la Virgen a Contoy.’ This is our second year celebrating together, and it’s a privilege share with everyone the chance to experience this beautiful moment. I love and respect my staff more than words can express—thank you for being the heart of the restaurant!
With that being said, we will be back the first week of october ✨
