Today I came to this harbor 1 hour away from Osaka , very famous for the origin of what is considered “the best meat in the world” , outside here is waaaaaay very expensive (Japan included) , Can you guess what it is ? , it’s even better than Wagyu … Yes you’re right , it is Kobe beef 🥩 and is called like this because it has the origin here in Kōbe , Japan 🇯🇵 , absolutely delicious , tender and tasty , never try it before , I did have it by itself and also in a 🍚 rice bowl , very amazing 🥲… Los Compadres Ajijic in Kobe Harbor .

Having Lunch @ Osaka local seafood restaurant , I did try so many good delicacies that I never tried before in my life , some as Shirako , Iwashi , G*i , Amaebi and Kuromi , of course 🍶 Sake and local beers 🍻 , I don’t see any tourist just me and Japanese local people so that’s a good signal , colorful fresh seafood and fish , and oba shiso leaves again very aromatic!

Hey everybody hope you are doing well ! , I will be in Japan for few weeks getting more inspired and trying authentic Japanese cuisine, please be patient at our staff , my wife Karla is encharged of the kitchen right now so that means everything will be fine as always with the same standards and flavors , I see you soon when I get back to our beautiful town Ajijic , stay tuned , and see you shortly everyone !
By the way the food I had last night was Takoyakis and Okonomiyaki two of the most significant dishes in Osaka
