Executive Chef Diego Sobrino trained at Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, and refined his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens such as Ledoyen and Michel Rostang. He has also conducted his own culinary show on Hola TV.

With over 12 years of experience, he is dedicated to quality ingredients and innovative techniques, now at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos.
