Good Monday morning!

Well, I'd say that my voice is mostly back. Mostly, because I don't sound the same, yet. Anyways, I'm glad that I had the weekend to rest and although I miss my youngest son, it was easier to let him go this time.

And how about that storm last night? Wow, the thunder was the loudest that I heard this whole rainy season! This was how I remember the rainy season used to be.

A good rain means that it's a great day to have our chicken noodle soup, Pho Ga. Pho is type rice noodles used in this soup, which makes it naturally gluten free.

Butter tarts are our Monday dessert.

Good Friday morning!

I'm back but still without my full voice ☹️. I don't think I've lost my voice for this long of a period before. Yes, I have been to the doctor multiple times and the main problem is that I'm coughing too much at night. Maybe an allergy? Maybe stressed because the boy is leaving this weekend to Canada? That might be it. I'm doing all that I can.

Today's specials are Pho Bo, Vietnamese beef noodle soup and Sweet and spicy pork ribs.

Good Thursday morning!

You won't see me at the restaurant today 😔. Some of you may know that I lost my voice last Friday and well it still hasn't found its way back home 😁. The only way that I can let my vocal chords rest and heal is to be away from temptation. I can't stop talking when I see my wonderful customers. That's why you won't see me at the restaurant today.

Our special is Wonton noodle soup.

Unfortunately, we will not be available on Triatte today either. Thank you for your understanding.
