You've tasted our popular Crispy Chicken Burger. Now here's a burger you can try making for yourself.

Buffalo Chicken Burger

1 lb ground chicken breast
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 small red onion, finely diced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 to 2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
pinch of salt and pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp dark soya sauce
4 hamburger buns
2 oz crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken with the following 8 ingredients (through sauce). Divide into 4 equal patties.

Preheat a grill, or the oven to 375 F.

Grill for 3-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness) or bake in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray for 15 minutes.

Serve with 1/2 ounce crumbled blue cheese and 1/2 tablespoon of buffalo wing sauce. Serve with your favorite coleslaw topping for an added touch!

It's that time of the year when you can smell delicious flavors all around. But then Ramazan is not about going all out either. How about a light salad to please your cravings. Here's a great recipe for a chicken or beef (any of the two or as preferred) salad.

Tender Pasta Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 ounces dry dressing
16 ounces pasta
2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
10 slices chicken strips drained
2 cups iceberg lettuce chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

How to prepare
In a medium bowl combine yoghurt, mayonnaise, dressing mix. Refrigerate for an hour. In a large pot cook the pasta. Remove from heart, drain and rinse. Add tomatoes and chicken. Stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Add lettuce and dressing just before serving. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Ramazan Mubarak to all our fans.
