Outside of work, you’ll find him catching series and documentaries on Netflix or staying active on the football field. His favourite dishes? The Grissini and Ikura.

Driven by his motto, “Work Hard, Play Hard!”, Naube approaches every day with focus and enthusiasm. One of the island slayers making it all happen.

A natural leader, he guides his team with precision and care, making sure every detail is covered and every guest feels looked after.

Off the clock, music and movement keep him energized. Lobster Rolls are his go-to, but it’s creating remarkable service moments that truly drives him. Dhiggery embodies the island slayer spirit, making every shift extraordinary.

With 7 years at The Ledge, Inaash has been leading the team and shaping the guest experience with care and precision. He knows every corner of the restaurant and every beat of service. Off the clock, he enjoys playing games and getting lost in a good book.

When it comes to The Ledge menu, Inaash can’t resist the lobster roll, and his go-to drink is the Ledge Old Fashioned. What keeps him motivated every day? The team as it’s the people that make the job truly rewarding!
