Pizza Hut Maldives is owned by Gamma Island Food (Pvt) Ltd. which is a joint venture of Island Food (Pvt) Ltd. of Maldives and Gamma Pizzakraft Overseas (Pvt) Ltd. of India. Gamma Pizzakraft Overseas (Pvt) Ltd. owns a large restaurant chain with its groups operating over 300 Pizza Hut and KFC outlets in India and Sri Lanka. Pizza Hut Maldives will be managed by Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. which boasts of 55 Pizza Hut outlets to-date in Sri Lanka, as a fully owned subsidiary of Gamma Pizzakraft Overseas (Pvt) Ltd, led by a team of high-profile professionals and business personalities.

Pizza Hut was founded in 1958 by two university students, brothers Dan and Frank Carney as a single location in Kansas and today is an iconic brand that has grown to become the largest pizza company in the world. Pizza Hut has more than 16,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries. No matter where the location is, Pizza Hut makes sure each meal their customers enjoy is delicious, bold and unique. It offers its iconic pizza flavours in various crusts for customers to taste from starting with pan, stuffed, sausage, thin to Italiano to name a few. Yet it is not just about pizza.
