Sri Lanka, also konwn as the Pearl of the Indian Ocean, is a beautiful island in South Asia. Our home is known for its generous people, kind hospitality, and a rich history. This history inspired Sri Lankan cuisine by bringing in influences from South India, Malay, Chinese, Arab, and Dutch Cuisines. Combined, these make Sri Lankan food have its own U

nique taste and flavours. In our home, these flavours have their own twist mixing other ingredients and flavours. After having lunch, we'd always leave our home by hearing the word, 'Ayubowan', thats why we named our restaurant Ayubowan. We want to bring home food back to the Maldives.
