Discover an authentic Balinese and Indonesian buffet celebrating the rich flavours and culinary traditions of the archipelago, by our Balinese chefs.

From freshly grilled satays and slow-cooked Beef Rendang to aromatic Chicken Betutu, seafood with Sambal Matah, Ikan Bakar and Jimbaran-style specialities, each dish has been selected to offer a true taste of Bali.

As the evening unfolds, DJ Navy sets the mood with a vibrant soundtrack inspired by the island’s iconic beach clubs.

More than a buffet, it is a journey of flavours, music and tropical elegance.

On Saturday 20 June, the beach becomes our dancefloor once again as we welcome international DJ & Producer SARRA 🇷🇴 to Mauritius for an exclusive set at The Beach Kitchen.
