We are sincerely grateful for the exposure provided by the TikTok video. It has brought an unexpected influx of customers, which we genuinely appreciate. However, this surge caught us off guard, and unfortunately, our staff was not adequately prepared to handle the increased demand, resulting in subpar service.

We hope for your understanding regarding the challenges faced by our small family business. While we are thrilled to welcome new customers, we regret any inconvenience caused by our inability to meet our usual standards of service.
