One of the signature dishes on our menu at Izumi, The Address Boutique Hotel, is Laksa Udon, inspired by one of Southeast Asia's most iconic noodle soups.

Laksa traces its roots to Peranakan cuisine, a unique culinary heritage born from the blending of Chinese and Malay traditions. Today, it is celebrated across Southeast Asia, with every region adding its own distinctive twist.
