Malta’s summer fruit! 😍

We handpick our seasonal local prickly pears, carefully de-skin them and blend them up before removing the seeds. A little bit of work? Absolutely. Worth it? 100%. 😉

Then we churn all that gorgeous, naturally sweet prickly pear goodness into a seriously refreshing scoop of sorbettOH!

Because we know most of you would rather enjoy bajtar bla xewk than actually pick, peel and cut them yourselves… 😂 So we did the hard part for you!

We start with ripe, juicy melons, give them a good wash, cut them up and take out the seeds (for obvious reasons 🙊). Then we let the blender do its thing, turning all that fresh melon goodness into a smooth, fruity mix.

Finally, we churn it into a light, refreshing scoop of melon sorbettOH! — simple, fresh and full of that natural melon flavour. 🍈🍨

No fuss. Just good, juicy melons turned into something seriously refreshing. 💚

Fresh Mint Caramel Brownie gelatOH! 🌿🍫🍮

Made with freshly harvested mint leaves, gently infused into our signature white base and blended to release the most natural, refreshing mint flavour possible. 🌱

Once churned, we layered it with rich brownie pieces and finished it with a generous drizzle of caramel sauce.

We blitz juicy watermelons, strain out some of the seeds (because let’s be honest… nobody wants a mouthful of them 😅), but we leave about half behind. Why? Because we’re big fans of keeping things as natural as possible. If nature made it, we’re probably keeping it. 🌍💚

Throw in a handful of fresh mint, churn it into the most refreshing scoop you’ll have all day, and voilà… summer has officially been served. 🌿🍨

We start by hand-peeling perfectly ripe kiwis, then blend them into a smooth purée. We strain out about half the seeds… because we know nobody loves too many seeds 😅. But we leave the other half in, because we love keeping everything as close to nature as possible.

The result? A refreshing, naturally vibrant, cold scoop of creamy kiwi goodness. 🍨✨
