🥩 Herb Rush Recipe!

Ingredients:
• 1 ribeye steak: 200 - 250g
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Flavours of Gozo Herb Rush Sea Salt
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic
• Fresh rosemary

👨‍🍳 Method:
1. Pat the steak dry, drizzle with olive oil and generously season both sides with Flavours of Gozo Herb Rush Sea Salt.
2. Heat a pan until very hot and cook for 3–4 minutes per side for medium rare.
3. Add the butter, garlic and rosemary during the final minute.
4. Continuously spoon the melted butter over the steak to build flavour and create a rich crust.
5. Remove from the pan and rest for 5–10 minutes.
6. Finish with an extra pinch of Herb Rush Sea Salt before serving.

Simple ingredients. Incredible flavour. 🤤
