Who doesn't love chocolate? 🍫 Now imagine it with a Maltese accent of local Gulepp.

Our Ċikkulata u Ħarrub is a rich, fudgy flourless chocolate cake with our house-made carob syrup. It's chocolate the way you know it, and carob the way Malta's always known it, finally sharing a plate with a touch of Chantilly cream and candied pistachios.

Warm, dense, a little bit nostalgic. Best eaten slowly. Or not — we won't tell.
