We renovated a new sophisticated but welcoming venue in Victoria, Gozo. The result is simple and honest food, paired with fine w**e and a space that we hope dynamically contributes to Gożo's much-loved culture. Contextually, we had to detach "Roża" from its surroundings; it is important that the space became its own little world full of flavors. Featuring high ceilings and natural light, this predominately concrete interior with accents of black and white elegant furniture detailing, is an experience we hope you enjoy, remember and return to.
