Lamb withaubergines salad, Couscous and vegetables soup
Chicken with rice, salad, and vegetable soup
Special Sudanese plate (cooked meat, white salad, cheese and peanut butter)
Injera with meat, vegetables and soup
Sudanese Bamia soup(meat, potatoes,hot pepper, onions, tomatoes) with bread and Injera

All dishes are served with green salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and

onions). Vegetarian food

Vegetable salad
(Couscous or rice, falafel, aubergines,peanut butter, carrot, pepper and onions)
Falafel (6 falafel balls,fried aubergines and green pepper)
Couscous salad (fried vegetables mixed with spiced couscous)
