Ambrosia Valletta Restaurant

After 23 years in Valletta and 40 years in total, Chris and his wife Jayne have decided to call time on their restaurant career.

A career which included a fundamental role in the inauguration of the first Maltese cooking team. Cooking for both local and foreign dignitaries and celebrities and mentoring some of the islands leading chefs.

Chris and Jayne would like to thank everyone who has been part of their story, from employees to suppliers and everyone in between.

Most importantly they would like to say thank you to everyone came to dine with them at either Ambrosia or Christopher’s.

Not a bad run for something that started as summer job washing dishes in a holiday complex 50 years ago 🙂

They will now be taking a little break before starting a new B&B and super club venture in Gozo.
