Meet Twilight Over Valletta 🌅🥃

Created by our barman Sunny for the Negroni Week Competition participation, this twist on the classic takes inspiration from that golden moment just after sunset, when Valletta’s limestone glows amber and the city changes colour.

Campari stays at the heart of the drink, while Maltese touches bring the story home: Kinnie, olive oil, prickly pear liqueur, sea salt saline and an olive leaf garnish.
