Update

Black Magick Cafe in association with A Way with Occult & Magick
will open its doors in the U.K. in 2021/2022, of course, all being well with the Covid restrictions inside the U.K.

The plan is to then hold A Way with Occult & Magick live guest audiences covering different Occult topics on a Saturday evening once a month.

The format will follow these criteria; those interested will be able to book for the events. Prior to entering the venue proof of identity will be required to verify the booking. We will reserve exclusive right to refuse entry to anyone as there will be no fee for attending audiences. The audience can leave a donation should they wish to at the end of the evening. The Cafe will be open throughout the activity.

The venue will be intimate and we are anticipating a seating capacity of max 25-30 people for these monthly activities.

I look very much forward to meeting some of you in person, we shall keep you updated as things continue to develop and materialize.

The Witches Coffee

To underscore the rich flavor of our dark coffee, mix it with aged rum, spicy, saffron-based Strega, and molasses-y raw sugar. Spice up the whipped cream, with bittersweet Italian Averna.

Ingredients
4 teaspoons Demerara or other raw sugar
12 ounces hot brewed coffee
6 ounces aged rum, preferably Ron Zacapa 23
3 ounces Strega (saffron-infused liqueur)
Averna Cream (see Note), for garnish

How to Make It

Step
In a heatproof pitcher, stir the sugar into the coffee until dissolved, then stir in the rum and Strega. Pour the coffee into warmed mugs or heatproof glasses and spoon the Averna Cream on top.

Notes
Averna Cream: In a medium chilled bowl, whip 4 ounces chilled heavy cream with 1 ounce Averna amaro and 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar until soft peaks form. Use the cream immediately. Makes enough for 4 drinks.
