After 7 years of serving coffee in Spinola, building relationships, and creating a place we are truly proud of, we are looking for a Café Manager to join our team and help shape Lot 61.
This is a rare opportunity to become part of an established specialty coffee bar with a strong identity, a loyal community, and a team that cares deeply about what we do, deep to the core 🖤
Our current manager has been an important part of our journey, and we are grateful for everything she has contributed over the past few years. As she moves into an exciting new chapter of her life, we are looking for someone who shares the same passion, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
We are looking for someone who:
- has strong experience in Speciality Coffee and hospitality
- understands specialty coffee and cares about quality
- can lead, support, and inspire a team
- values consistency, organisation, and creating great experiences
- wants to grow with a business built on passion and dedication
