With unique ambience, influenced by the Wild West style, “Buffalo Bill’s” is located in prestigious Portomaso Complex, adjoining and over looking Hilton Malta and its beautiful yacht marina,with tables in shade on wide terrace. Size of the restaurant is of a great advantage when we organize large business meeting launches, press conferences, staff parties and all kinds of private celebrations. Whether it’s a birthday or quiet dinner, with 125 seated inside and 75 seated patrons on the terrace, we will find a place for you. Our kitchen is equipped with excellent charcoal broil grills (grilling on a surface with wide raised ridges, to the point of having the food slightly charred in texture) where our experienced chefs can make sure that you get the steak cooked the way you want it. Serving only imported prime beef gave us a long-lasting reputation among the Maltese as well as to visitors who cannot resist calm swinging of yachts and sparkling reflection of Portomaso dimmed lights on the sea water down in marina. Our menu offers something to everyone, so except juicy beef steaks; you can try lamb chops, lamb fillets, chicken breast, etc. Steak and fillet’s orders are inclusive of soup, bruschetta & garlic bread, choice of potatoes and fresh buffet salads. Wide assortment of local and foreign wine and brews are complementing the food and also cakes and desserts as well as a choice of coffees and we also have separate menus for the little ones if they accompany you on your family diner.
