Alan Kawsar - Owner/Manager
Originally from Bangladesh, Alan was brought up in the restaurant and catering business by his father and quickly developed a love for food. After leaving his home in Bangladesh, and arriving to Malta 5 years ago, Alan could not find a restaurant that was true to Indian food back home. With this, he made his dream a reality and opened Suruchi. Chef Abdul Hanan’s grew up in the kitchen of his family run Indian restaurant. Abdul can create any mouth watering dish in his own style. His speciality on Tandoori Clay oven dishes.
