Alan Kawsar - Owner/Manager
Originally from Bangladesh, Alan was brought up in the restaurant and catering business by his father and quickly developed a love for food. After leaving his home in Bangladesh, and arriving to Malta 5 years ago, Alan could not find a restaurant that was true to Indian food back home. With this, he made his dream a reality and opened Suruchi.
