Our second hot sauce drop & it’s a banger!

Here we included Aubergine into the flavour profile. A nod to one of our signature pizza : Gina , which has a kind of deconstructed Babaganoush going on.

Mad props to Ferment Island for this collab. We look great cause Matthew Demarco and the whole team at BloomCreative got us looking as 🔥 as the hot sauce!!

These salt pans have been in continuous use for hundreds of years. We believe that the natural minerals found in the salt during our bulk fermentation stage is one of the reasons of our .
