An old-world Italian classic, reimagined through the lens of the Silk Road. Bitter. Balsamic. Cross-cultural by design.

Our ‘Silk Road’ cocktail follows that same spirit of exchange. Inspired by the Italian Negroni tradition, we weave together Martini Riserva Bitter, Martini Rubino vermouth and Bombay Sapphire gin with strawberries, balsamic and Disaronno - layered with warm, expressive notes reminiscent of the spice routes that once passed through India.
