Some places are built on family.

For the past 27 years, Chris has been making pastizzi. He started alongside his father, Mario, who, together with his wife, built Sphinx Pastizzeria into one of the first pastizzerias in Mosta. Eleven years ago, Chris took over and has proudly continued the family tradition ever since.

Right in the heart of Mosta, opposite the Dome, the passion is still the same—serving fresh pastizzi to generations of loyal customers. ❤️
