Delicious cakes are available for purchase at the click of a button. Furthermore, should you like to entertain at home, but do not have the time to prepare everything single-handedly, the online shop offers a variety of finger food menus to make entertaining so much easier in order for you to enjoy your time mingling with your guests. These menus can all be purchased online with the choice of either being delivered directly to your door; alternatively your purchase can be collected from our premises in Qormi. Camilleri & Sons (Catering) Limited forms part of the Camilleri Group of Companies. Although we have been in the confectionery business since 1843, it was only in 1983 that the company diversified and branched out into catering. Since then we have built a reputation for coordinating dream weddings and other elegant events. Our reputation as outside caterers has grown by word-of-mouth for both the food and service we provide. Over 25 years of experience have taught us that planning and attention to detail is the secret behind every successful occasion! Our outside catering service is handled with professionalism, with care, and with no hidden extras. We like to exceed expectations when hosting any event; so with time, effort, and money involved, it pays to get it right. From casual to formal, standing to seated, we bring together all the elements necessary for a memorable occasion, leaving our clients to relax, confident in the knowledge that everything will run smoothly.

We were delighted to welcome Chef Corentin Royer from Callebaut Chocolate Academy Dubai to Camilleri Catering in Qormi for a truly inspiring chocolate workshop.

Throughout the session, our team explored new techniques, creative applications, and the outstanding quality of Callebaut's Finest Belgian Chocolate through a series of hands-on demonstrations.

A sincere thank you to Chef Corentin Royer for sharing knowledge, experience, and passion with us. Continuous learning is at the heart of what we do, and it was a pleasure to be part of such an enriching experience.

We look forward to putting these ideas into practice and continuing to grow through opportunities like these.
