Position: Experienced Bartender/Waitress
Location: Xlendi Bay Gozo!!!!
Ahoy there! Are you ready to embark on a thrilling adventure in the heart of the high seas? Look no further, as Pirate’s Galley, is on the lookout for experienced and talented individuals to join our crew as Bartenders and Waitresses!
Responsibilities:
* Bartender:
* Create and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision.
* Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
* Interact with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations on drinks based on their preferences.
* Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and preparing beverages.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth flow of service and customer satisfaction.
* Waitress:
* Greet and seat guests, providing them with menus and assisting in making food and drink selections.
* Take orders accurately and promptly, delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
* Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a bartender/waitress in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of beverage mixing techniques, drink recipes, and garnishing.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks with efficiency.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
