Da Manuel Restaurant has been in operation since 1993.It is run by Emmanuel Buttigieg, who is also the chef and his family . Mr Buttigieg trained as a chef at the famed New York's Alberto's, located in the infuential New York neighborhood of Forest Hills Gardens. Located in Xlendi, Gozo, Da Manuel is an ideal restaurant for dining as clients are spoilt for choice. We offer an extensive a la carte

menu which includes local dishes as well as daily specialties which vary from season to season. Moreover, Da Manuel is fairly popular for pasta particularly its home made pasta such as the Pappardelle and the Gozo Ravioli. Additionally, at Da Manuel we also serve high-quality meats and fish as well as poultry. Furthermore ,we also provide a children’s menu as well as vegetarian and wheat-free dishes. All dishes are home-made and delicately set to satisfy our clients. We aim at providing our clients with an exquisite meal which results in a divine experience. This is a wonderful restaurant from where one could enjoy a wonderful sunset -without the flies which disturb so many dining experiences on the Gozitan coast.
