Every morning starts the same way for our father Joseph โ€” down at the harbor before most of Malta is even awake.
He knows the fishermen by name. Knows which boats to check first, what to look for, what to walk away from. Itโ€™s not complicated, just years of doing it the same careful way. A bit of haggling, a handshake, and the best of the catch comes home with him.
