Welcome to our little Coffee shop with a big ❤ At Jacob's Brew Café we utilise part of our profits to fund projects to better the lives of families facing trauma in the name of our NGO Survivors Malta VO/1275 A place that we never found when we were facing our trauma. A place where those who survive share their stories to give courage to others who may be currently living through their nightmare. Survivors Malta is that place. Jacob’s dream is to own a coffee shop. A place to meet where everyone will be welcome, but there is a twist. He wants it to also be a haven for families that are facing trauma. An actual place for them to go! Through Survivors Malta we physically meet with fellow Survivors and have witnessed first hand that when Survivors meet it is always great medicine. We visit sick patients and their families at Mater Dei and Karin Grech Rehab Hospital. All ask us the same question. Do you have a place where we can go?! Our family run business will be called JACOB’S BREW and we will implement a PAY IT FORWARD initiative whereby paying customers will be given a token with their bill offering free flowing coffee to pass on to another family going through a trauma who they feel may need a coffee and a chat ; perhaps to a family with a sick loved one or to a complete stranger that they meet in the waiting area at the hospital ; someone … anyone who is facing hardship. That coffee would mean so much more to them! At the coffee shop we will also have SURVIVORS MALTA get together’s where Survivors will actually meet. Always great medicine! Besides Survivors Malta, other NGO’s will be invited to hold fund raising initiatives at the coffee shop. Perhaps even use our meeting hub as a venue to hold talks to highlight the work that they do throughout the year. The opportunities to help others will be endless. It started off as a pipe dream, but now as a family we are determined to make it a reality. Watch this space as the dream unfolds. Kindly LIKE and SHARE our page so that we can keep you all posted. PARTICIPATE IN OUR CLEAN UP CAMPAIGN AND YOU CAN BE A WINNER!!
Walking along the streets of Marsascala do you notice the litter everywhere. We moan about it. We report it. We say it's not our job to pick up the mess. That is true, but ultimately at the end of the day it is up to us to keep our streets clean. To be the change we wish to see!
Jacob's Brew Café have teamed up with Shaun Lee Scicluna who has been cleaning up his neighbourhood in recent weeks, motivating us to follow in his example. We need more people like him in this world!!
So join us on our mission. Send us your photos and videos via whattsapp 99892701 showing your efforts. It could be of you or your whole family cleaning up just the area in front of your home or the entire street. Every little bit counts!!
Help us clean up Marsascala so we can be proud of our village once again. Together we can all make a difference. A community coming together as one. How wonderful is that!!

Today we celebrate our 9th year anniversary at our little coffee shop with a big ❤️ We are forever grateful to everybody that has walked through our doors throughout the years, helping us to help others, simply by choosing to be our customers and what better way to celebrate our success than to pay it forward. This year we have decided to give back to the Marsascala community by helping Youths Marsaskala complete their project at Villa Apap Bologna, creating a fully equipped meeting space for the 150+ youths that attend the youth centre at different intervals weekly.
Last Monday at the Lejla Zghazagh event held during the feast of St Anna, we presented a donation for €1000 to help kick-start funds for a much needed kitchen, but as promised to Father Luke and the youth leaders, it won't stop there. We will be following the project with great interest and will also fund the kitchen appliances and whatever else is needed to complete this much needed space where our local youths can meet, learn and grow!
Of course we are able to do what we do thanks to our customers as funds are derived from our profits at Jacob's Brew Café. So THANK YOU for your support always. Together we can make a difference one cup of coffee at a time ☺️❤️☕️
