As our Learning and Engagement Manager, Evelyn brings over 24 years of experience in the catering industry, combined with a strong background in HR and people engagement.

Her career journey has taken her from kitchen roles after studying at ITS, to front-of-house positions, and later into HR, giving her a unique understanding of the industry and the people behind it.

Evelyn is passionate about building positive workplace relationships and supporting teams in fast-paced environments, always taking a people-first approach to her work.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and hosting family and friends, but her greatest joy comes from spending time with her children, who are the centre of her world. ❤️
