POPP Day Out | Autumn Edition 🍂🍪

What a Saturday! After a rather thundery start, the skies cleared for a lovely day at POPP Day Out. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tried the cookies, shared their feedback and kept me busy until I sold out!

This market also saw the debut of my new cookie stand, making the whole setup a little more organised, practical and much easier to serve from.

I also brought along three new autumn flavours:

✨ Pumpkin Pie | Spiced cookie dough studded with milk and white chocolate and toasted pecans, filled with homemade pumpkin purée and finished with vanilla mascarpone.

✨ Sticky Toffee Pudding | Brown butter and white chocolate cookie with a sticky toffee pudding disc baked into the dough.

✨ Vegan Chai & Apricot | A warmly spiced cookie with cashews, dried apricots and vegan milk chocolate.

A big thank you to POPP for putting together another fantastic event :)

My afternoon tea service is designed as a complete experience; from handmade savoury bites and freshly baked sweets to the full table setup, thoughtfully prepared for your special occasion.

Finger sandwiches:
• Roasted grapes with whipped goat’s cheese & crispy prosciutto crumb
• Caramelised onion hummus & grilled peppers

Freshly baked mini scones:
• Plain & raisin scones served with vanilla mascarpone and our homemade strawberry compote

Sweet treats:
