BAHIA is a restaurant named after a prestigious navel orange that has been the pride of the people from Attard, Balzan and Lija, also called "The Three Villages". The building represents the foundation of Malta’s most important group of hotels, Corinthia. With a keen interest to entertain our guests in a comfortable and contemporary space, both indoors and outdoors, our skilled team brings to the table innovation and respect towards an array of high-quality ingredients. The restaurant respects Malta’s culinary heritage, whilst proposing a contemporary and creative cuisine. Accompanying this exquisite contemporary food is a selection of prestigious wines and other beverages to best suit the guests’ meals.

Parting ways is never easy. At times it happens unexpectedly, and other times, circumstances lead us in a different direction.

For the past 10 years, BAHIA has been committed to creating memorable experiences for our guests. Around our tables, special occasions were celebrated, friendships were strengthened, and business was discussed. Others, simply enjoyed time together while having a lovely dinner.

This has been the essence of our existence. The desire to reward people with a great experience in return for their time. We were always motivated to ensure our guests left the restaurant as happily as possible.

Current circumstances mean that our chapter at Corinthia Palace is coming to an end.

However, our story, continues. We are already planning BAHIA’s next chapter and look forward to sharing more with you in due course. Until then, we will continue welcoming our guests at Corinthia Palace with the same passion and standards we have always upheld. Our final service in Balzan will take place on the 17th October 2026.
