As a Waiter, you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable dining moments. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring our guests have a delightful experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests, ensuring comfort and attentiveness.
Take food and drink orders, meeting special requests.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Provide outstanding customer service, answer questions, and address concerns.
Process customer payments.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service.
Promote menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter in the restaurant industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong menu knowledge, including ingredients and allergens.
Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
Proficiency in POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
