After 8 unforgettable years, the time has come for us to say goodbye.
With heavy hearts, we want to let you know that our final day of service will be Sunday, 23rd August.
For the past eight years, this restaurant has been more than just a business! It has been a place where our family, together with an incredible team, has poured its heart into welcoming every guest.
We have had the privilege of welcoming guests from all over the world. We've watched families grow before our eyes—from parents bringing in their newborn babies to years later celebrating those same children's First Holy Communion. We've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, reunions, and so many other special moments. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives and your memories.
Our beautiful corner of Għar Lapsi brought people together, and we always hoped to offer good food for a better mood. The conversations, laughter, friendships, and memories created here are something we will cherish forever.
Unfortunately, following Storm Harry, Għar Lapsi has not been the same. While this chapter is coming to an end, we will always be thankful for the years we have shared with all of you.
To every staff member, past and present, thank you for your commitment, friendship, and for helping us create a warm and welcoming place for our guests.
And to our loyal regulars, visitors from near and far, and everyone who chose to dine with us over the years—thank you. You became more than our guests; you became part of our story.
As we count down these final weeks, we would love to welcome you one last time. Join us before 23rd August for one last meal, one last sunset, and one last chance to make more memories together.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for eight incredible years. It has been an honour to serve you, and we hope to see many of you before we close our doors for the final time.
