Mondays in Gżira just went strictly Vietnamese. 🇻🇳

From 5th October, every Monday at our Gżira flagship: three courses, €28 per person.

Start with gỏi cuốn and chả giò. Pick lemongrass pork skewers or a proper bowl of phở bò. Finish on a Vietnamese iced coffee, strong and sweet the way it should be.

Bring the table, split the rolls, fight over the last skewer.

From 1 October, every other Thursday, the kitchen picks one country and cooks it properly. Three courses, €26.50 a head, and a stamp on your way out.

Thailand first. Then Malaysia, Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Vietnam to finish it on 21 January.
