We are looking for an Asian cuisine Chef focusing on Asian traditional food and snack with quality ingredients and taste.
We are offering very good remuneration packages to the right candidates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Prepares the food according to the restaurant and standard recipes in charge of the assigned section;
Prepare meat and fish (clean, cut, bind up, wrap...)
• Plan production based on orders, stock and season
• Receive and check goods. Store goods in cold-storage room or pantry to make sure the food materials are in good condition;
Makes sure that all machines, furniture(fridge, benches etc.), equipment and utensils ane clean and in working condition;
• Manage stock; record shortages; place orders
• Prepare product: sauces
• Prepare product: meat
• Preparing dishes: Traditional Chinese and Asian food , especially dumplings, wontons , Ducks .,etc
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 Years Kitchen working experiences
Food & Beverage knowledge of Chinese and Asian dishes production skills;
Can work under pressure.
