Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of kitchen management; working closely with the owners and with the support of a small brigade (4 chefs & 5 KPs), duties include:
Daily organization and smooth running of the kitchen and service, ensuring consistently high standards and food quality
Stock management: purchasing, supplier relations, invoices, monthly stock audits.
Rostering, development, personnel files (appraisals, disciplinary & grievance) along with head chef and operations manager
Compliance records, maintenance of kitchen & equipment, EHO relations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
