Big News for Our Loyal Patrons! 🎉🍛

We have some exciting updates for all of you who have loved and cherished the flavours of Garam Masalaa over the years.

A newly fresh and classic concept, has been created, under the passionate stewardship of Nowell and Carole Khosla, the son and daughter-in-law of Sunil and Katherine Khosla, who brought you almost two decades of unforgettable Indian cuisine. Nowell and Carole are taking the family torch forward with their new venture; Garam Tikka Masala offering new branding, independent ownership and direction.

🌟 What's New? Your favourite dishes that you know and love? They will be on the new menu! But we’re also spicing things up with brand new and exciting creations to tantalize your taste buds. You can expect even more variety, without losing the authentic flavours you’ve always come back for, and our infamous spice meter will be revamped for those who love our flavours, but don't like the heat.

📍 Our new location, Birgu Waterfront, is set in one of the most beautiful, historical spots in Malta, with stunning views that will make every meal even more special.

It is with a heavy heart and gratitude that we announce Garam Masalaa will be closing its doors on 30th of June 2024. This has been an emotional and difficult decision and we are sad to say goodbye after 20 years. We have decided to finally retire, and move on to the next adventure, whatever that might be.

We'd like to thank our staff, past and present, for being such an integral part of our business and for helping us to provide so many wonderful experiences and dishes to our guests over the years.

To our children and family, for their support and help, especially when we were physically unable to be there anymore; you mean the world to us.

Finally, to our esteemed clientele, whether you've been dining with us for years or just found us now, we give immeasurable thanks for your loyalty and support. You are the direct reason for our success and we are truly humbled and honoured to have served you. Garam Masalaa was like a second home for us, and you became our extended family.

What an incredibly journey it has been! We will miss you all very much.
