I want to address you directly. Our first days here did not meet the standard you deserve, and for that, I apologise. I’m pleased to say the full team is now in place, service is stable, and our kitchen is delivering with consistency and care. It would be my pleasure to welcome you, and earn your trust again.

We are thrilled to announce that Ta Gorg is now proudly guided by Jonathan De Domenico and the team behind The Deck in Marsaxlokk! We're bringing our passion for exceptional food and that same vibrant atmosphere right here.

To our amazing regulars: Don't worry, your favourite classic dishes are here to stay! We are keeping almost the entire original menu.
