STUFFER ASPARAGUS, SPECK AND CHEESE ROLLS 🥬🥐🔥
A tasty springtime recipe!

🔹1 Stuffer Crea Puff Pastry
🔹500g asparagus
🔹Sliced speck
🔹Scamorza cheese (or your favourite cheese)
🔹1 egg yolk
🔹Sesame seeds

Difficulty: Easy
Time:
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes

🔹Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus and cook them in salted water for about 5 minutes.
🔹Divide the dough into 8 equal rectangles.
🔹On each rectangle, add cheese, speck, and asparagus.
🔹Fold and seal the two opposite ends of the dough.
🔹Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
🔹Bake at about 200°C for 20 minutes.

STUFFER PESTO & TOMATO PUFF PASTRY TWISTS 🌿🍅🧀🔥
A great choice for a light and tasty snack to share on any occasion!

🔹1 Stuffer Puff Pastry Roll
🔹2 tablespoons pesto
🔹2 tablespoons tomato sauce
🔹150 g grated mozzarella
🔹1 egg yolk
🔹Sesame and poppy seeds (as needed)

Difficulty: Easy
Time:
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes

🔹Divide the puff pastry into 4 equal rectangles.
🔹Spread 1 with pesto and 1 with tomato sauce.
🔹Add the mozzarella.
🔹Cover with the remaining rectangles.
🔹Brush with egg yolk, cut into strips, and twist.
🔹Sprinkle with seeds and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
