STUFFER ASPARAGUS, SPECK AND CHEESE ROLLS 🥬🥐🔥
A tasty springtime recipe!
🔹1 Stuffer Crea Puff Pastry
🔹500g asparagus
🔹Sliced speck
🔹Scamorza cheese (or your favourite cheese)
🔹1 egg yolk
🔹Sesame seeds
Difficulty: Easy
Time:
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
🔹Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus and cook them in salted water for about 5 minutes.
🔹Divide the dough into 8 equal rectangles.
🔹On each rectangle, add cheese, speck, and asparagus.
🔹Fold and seal the two opposite ends of the dough.
🔹Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
🔹Bake at about 200°C for 20 minutes.
