PIZZA WHY NOT Since 2015 we proudly make italian pizza (also vegan!), homemade burgers, italian focaccia, dessert To get a good digestibility of pizza it takes patience.

Our doughs are leavened for at least 36 hours. The result is a pizza taste great, fragrant, friable, and highly digestible.
