Our passion for food and dedication to tradition has made us renowned across Malta for high quality produce and legendary local cuisine. We will be offering a chance to experience Maltese Farm

life first hand and the opportunity to sample some of the famously delicious traditional products that we have been making for centuries. Our seasonal menu offers traditional Maltese delicacies according to the time of the year, and our shop is stocked with fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers all picked from our land.

Not all sun-dried tomatoes are made the same πŸ…β˜€οΈ

Ours begin as fresh, ripe tomatoes grown in our own fields. From there, they're carefully hand-picked, prepared, lightly coated with coarse salt, and left to dry naturally under the Mediterranean sun for 6–7 days.

It's a process that can't be rushed, because great flavour takes time ✨
