We are looking for a motivated, hands‑on individual to join our Reverse Osmosis Aftersales Department. No experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, eager to learn, and ready to build a solid future, we’ll train you from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing (First Steps)
Learning how to maintain and service Reverse Osmosis systems
Helping with routine checks, troubleshooting, and repairs
Supporting our aftersales team during customer visits
Working with your supervisor to complete daily tasks and grow your skills
What You’ll Grow Into (Your Future Skills)
With training and hands‑on experience, you will become a fully capable technician who can work independently and confidently. Over time, you will learn to:
Install Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems on your own, from start to finish
Install and set up water softeners in homes and businesses
Install water‑dispensing machines and ensure they operate safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot and repair all systems sold by Bridgepoint, including identifying faults quickly and solving them on the spot
Carry out professional servicing and preventive maintenance to keep systems running at their best
Handle customer visits independently, representing the company with confidence and professionalism
Manage your daily schedule and tasks using your company van and tools

Someone who enjoys working with tools, building things, or taking things apart to understand how they work
A person who loves gadgets, equipment, and practical problem‑solving
Someone who gets satisfaction from fixing things and learning how systems operate
A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new life skills
Good communication and teamwork
A valid driving licence
Working Hours
Four weekdays: 09:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00

Salary & Benefits
€20,000 – €28,000 per year, depending on your current experience and knowledge
