Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe and bakery
Hire and on-board new staff members
Train employees on proper customer service
Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed
Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
Ensure production and service areas are clean and tidy
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
Experience of 2 years minimum
Very Good English skills

Salary negotiable

Food Factory is looking for employees for it's new coffee shop and bakery at Pyay rd (8,5 mile):

Manager assistant:
• Strong written and verbal English and Burmese skills;
• Ability to act as a liaison for English and Burmese speakers while conveying all essential information;
• Preferred minimum of one year MS Office experience;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Aptitude in problem-solving;

Barista/waiter:

• Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress;
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment;
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations;
• Flexibility to work various shifts;
• Basic math skills;
• Excellent communication skills.
